Mattress maker responds to Bellagio’s trademark suit
Italian mattress maker Magniflex on Friday denied assertions in a lawsuit that its “Bellagio” mattresses are infringing on trademarks owned by the Bellagio hotel-hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.
