Luxury Hotels In NYC
There are hundreds of hotels to spend the night at in Manhattan. In fact, there are so many hotels in Manhattan that it can be difficult to know which one to make reservations at for your visit to the “Big Apple.” So I’m writing this article which highlights five hotels in Manhattan to help you find what you choose the right hotel.
The Omni Berkshire Place Hotel has a great location close to Rockefeller Center. It has almost entirely positive reviews as would be expected for a 4 star hotel such as this. But it’s not the place to make your reservations at if you are searching for a discount because a Friday or Saturday night reservation this summer will cost over $400/room. If you are one of those folks that must bring their dog with them everywhere then you’ll be happy to find out that this hotel is pet friendly.
The Four Seasons Hotel on 57th Street is a fabulous luxury hotel that has some rooms with views of Central Park available. This is an exceptionally fancy five star hotel. So fancy that it makes Omni Berksire Place look like a cheap hotel in comparison. To stay here you will spend close to $1000 per night.
Greenwich Hotel is located in Greenwich Village and it is a great place to spend the night for sophisticated travelers who are looking to base themselves in one of the most interesting parts of Manhattan. This is a popular hotel so you should not wait to make your reservations.
If you can’t afford to spend a fortune on your room but you would still like to stay at a nice hotel in a good location then you may want to stay at the “Presidential” Best Western near Times Square! Don’t get your hopes up too high, it’s still not really cheap but by Manhattan standards anything less than $300/room is considered “a discount.”
The Gershwin Hotel located at 7 East 27th Street is great for younger travelers who cool with the idea of spending the night in an unusual unique hotel and who are exceptionally poor. The price for a bed here is very low but you you don’t get your own room. Not suitable for those who value their privacy.
No matter which hotel you choose to stay at, you should think about getting a New York Pass because it saves you a ton of money when it comes to NYC tourist activities such as Central Park bicycle rental.
